Overview: Advertising in the official media

In the following, you will find all advertising options that can be booked to optimally present your company, products, and services in the official trade fair media at ProWein 2022.

We provide the following media channels:

  • Online portal at  including the exhibitor and product search (2019: about 4,700,000 page impressions and about 485,000 visitors)
  • Trade fair app (2019: more than 11,000 downloads/updates)
  • D:vis (visitor information system)
  • Trade fair navigator and video wall on site at fair ground
  • Printed Visitors‘ Guide and Event Programme

Below you may find a thematic list of the media entries. . You can also switch to view a complete overview of all products at any time.

Please note that the basic entry (digital: company name, address, communication data; print: company name; hall and stand number), one entry in the product categories and one trademark entry are already included in your obligatory media lump sum and afford you a basic presence in the media. These entries are obligatory and therefore must be completed. The company name and address will be taken from your registration forms.

1. Marketing packages

Our three package offers (Start, Professional, and Premium) include our most important and popular entries. With these packages, your company and products will attain an outstanding, cross-media presence in the official media channels for a noticeably discounted price compared to individually ordering the same entries.

Exclusive: Exhibitors in Hall 7.0 (same but different) can take advantage of the same but different upgrade and the exclusive same but different sponsor package to draw attention to the upcoming trends during this special show!

New: Become an event sponsor and benefit from exclusive company and product presentations in all communication channels. The event sponsor packages are very limited!

Here you will find comprehensive options to present your company and trademarks in the various media channels. Place your logo in the media or offer visitors an overview of your brands. This way you can be found easily by existing and potential new clients.

Countless visitors are looking for suppliers of a particular product or service. These potential clients will use the product directory to research new contacts and business partners that fit their needs.

Increase your chances of getting in contact with new customers by presenting your company in the relevant product categories. In the product directory, you can increase visibility by booking a top of the list entry so your company appears in one of the top three spots in your most important categories, allowing you to stand out among your competitors.

Whether visitors use the printed media to organize their experience at the trade fair or afterwards to conduct follow-up research, your advertisement in the Visitors’ Guide or Event Programme will appear prominently for your target audience.

We offer you limited and visible spaces, for example on the cover pages, that will grab the visitors’ attention!

6. Advertising on site

Advertise on-site. Stand out.

Even with a small budget, we have interesting advertising options for you on the trade fair grounds.

Visitors can find a local version of the online portal on the D:vis terminals (visitor information system). You have the possibility to place an exclusive advertisement on the terminals in all halls and at all entrances.

At Entrance North (the main entrance), the six-meter-high video wall is particularly noticeable, on which you may place your logo or customized advertisement. Catch the visitor’s eye as they arrive at the trade fair and lead them directly to your stand!
