Perfect wine-tasting requires a perfect glass. As the official Exhibition Partner for ProWein, Boels Party & Events offers you a fast and improved glass washing service during the ProWein exhibition.

Each Boels Runner carries with them a mobile device with which to scan the QR code on your stand. The QR code will be on a sticker (see photo) that the Boels Party & Events team has applied to your stand. Upon scanning the stand's QR code, the app indicates which type of glass is being exchanged (see photo). It is important that only full crates containing dirty glassware are exchanged. The Boels Runner will then ensure that the dirty glasses are returned to the centrally located dishwashing kitchen as soon as possible. Once thoroughly cleaned, the glasses are ready to be used again for the next rotation.
This wonderful logistical challenge is being fulfilled by a Boels Party & Events team of over 200 staff per day, with over half a million glasses.
